✷ How to Word your Wedding Invitations

Feeling overwhelmed by so many decisions you have to make, when it comes to your wedding? We get it – as soon as you decide for something, it instantly brings up further details you have to decide on. It can feel like a never ending story.

But no worries, we can help you with at least one small thing. If you’ve just decided on a design for your wedding stationery, you’re in the perfect spot! Besides picking a design that matches your overall wedding aesthetics through a colour palette, fonts and material – there’s one more element you can play with: text!

This can be a dreadful task. Especially if you’re not familiar with writing invitation texts (or texts in general) and you’re struggling to find the right tone for your festivity. That’s why we’re sharing a little collection of texts we gathered over the years.

Whether you’d like to keep it more formal or want to get more creative with your text – we hope you will find something here you can use as a base and further customize it to your taste.

We’re always looking forward to expanding my collection of texts. If you’re happy to share your samples, feel free to send them via email.
