Lisa Brüning is the designer and printer behind our studio. Since 2016 she creates sophisticated designs on the finest of papers, gently reminiscing an old world feeling.
By pairing modern, effortless designs with old printing techniques like hot foil printing, she creates unique paper products – hanging framed on your wall, for all those years to come.
Hot foil printing is a traditional printing method that requires a sense of patience and a love for details, which Lisa loves to take care of.
In the digital age we take any chance to escape ourselves into analogue work. Using our hands to print every single invitation, fold paper or tie ribbons makes our hearts skip a beat. We believe in the value of craftsmanship and think it will be recognized by others who will hold our items in their hands.

We’re printing in-house on our British hot foil press. Modern technology allows us to manufacture printing plates out of our digital designs.
By pressing these into the finest papers, we achieve a tactile impression. Every piece of paper is fed to the press by hand and therefore one of a kind.
Hot foiling makes your stationery luxurious to the touch. With a variety of foils to choose from there are truly no limits to your imagination.

Lisa designed the lettering for our card series »Handlettering«. She knows how to experiment with letters and lettering and has a love for detail. Combined with beautiful paper, this creates true works of art.
Even planning a project with Lisa is a gift for the soul. It hardly needs any words. We get into the spirit of the textures and colours that will play a role and then some time later I find a beautiful package on my doorstep with Lisa's work – which every time triggers a mixture of wonder, exultation and great awe in me. My collecting nerd even saves the outer packaging and envelopes.
